Welcome to my website. My name is Vicki Garlick, and I am a YTT 200-qualified yoga teacher. I have been a student of yoga for almost forty years. I trained to become a yoga teacher with The Inner Healing School of Yoga for two years and qualified in Spring 2023. Since then, I haven't stopped training! Studying yoga is an ongoing joy for me—I am so passionate about the benefits yoga can offer.

 

My teaching style is therapeutic, slow, soothing and deeply relaxing, with just the right amount of challenge thrown in! Through movement, philosophy, breathwork and meditation, we realign your body and restore its natural balance. This holistic approach prioritises your overall well-being, allowing you to connect with yourself and find harmony.

 

 

 

 

 

With regular yoga practice, my clients manage and improve injuries and chronic symptoms like backache, neckache, headaches, osteoporosis, stress, hormonal imbalances, and anxiety. My own journey with anxiety means I consider this to be my area of specialism, and yoga is definitely the number one coping mechanism for my struggles in this area.

 

Everyone is welcome, from beginner to experienced yogi.​ Just bring a mat if you have one, a blanket and an open heart.​​
