Beginners are very welcome at ALL of my classes. However, I can only offer FREE taster sessions on the dates and times listed below due to availability.

  • Fun insights into yoga philosophy and the wonders of the natural world. 

What to bring
  • Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one; it's awesome if you do. No worries if you don't have a mat—I can lend you one for your first class. But, I recommend getting your own after that.

  • Don't forget to bring a water bottle.

  • Wear comfy clothes that let you move without any fuss.
