Beginners are very welcome at ALL of my classes. However, I can only offer FREE taster sessions on the dates and times listed below due to availability.

What to bring

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one; it's awesome if you do. No worries if you don't have a mat—I can lend you one for your first class. But, I recommend getting your own after that.
