Regular Yoga Classes in Northamptonshire - My Current Schedule January 2024

Yoga can really help you if you have back pain, headaches, stress, anxiety, neck pain, insomnia, PMT or perimenopausal symptoms, osteoporosis, and so many other challenges. Yoga is so supportive of your health that GPs now prescribe it!


My classes are inclusive and accessible to all. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there's a place for you in my classes. They're designed to help you relieve stress, improve your health, and find peace of mind.
