It is the 1st of March; how is that even possible? With the new month I am bringing in a refreshed schedule, as follows:
Tuesdays
Both of these are Gentle Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels.

Wednesdays
Gentle Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels.

Thursdays
Gentle Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels.
Gentle Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels.

Saturdays
Gentle Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels.

This is my general schedule, it may be subject to changes, which will always be reflected on my website and social media pages.
My classes are inclusive and accessible to all. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there's a place for you in my classes. They're designed to help you relieve stress, improve your health, and find peace of mind.
