What to expect
Press pause on the hectic week and find your inner peace. This is a dedicated space for women to openly share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. Join us for a weekly sanctuary of relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation. Through conversation, mindful meditation, and guided exploration of a weekly theme, we create a space for you to unwind, recharge, and connect with your inner wisdom. As a yoga and meditation teacher, women's health coach, and counsellor, I'm committed to guiding you on this journey of self-care and discovery. I'm passionate about making these sessions accessible to all women, regardless of financial circumstances, so I fund them myself. Donations are always welcome but not expected. We welcome newcomers with open arms. If you visit my blog, you will see some of the topics we have covered so far.
