What to expect

Sarah and I have been creating sacred spaces for women for almost two years now, it is our absolute favourite aspect of women's wellbeing. We are available for events, parties, festivals etc. Together with you, we can plan a beautiful circle or gathering to honour or celebrate different life stages and events, for example: Birthdays Bridal Blessings Rites of Passage (Little Maiden, First Moon, Coming-of-Age, Mama, Crone) Baby Blessings Grandmama Blessings Menopausal Blessings We can also hold space for more challenging aspects, including grieving circles. Circles can be such a transformative experience, coming together to explore a season in our lives, held in a sacred space of safety and non-judgement. We can incorporate many different aspects, including: Meditation, creative therapies, journalling, self-massage, yoga and somatic movement, seasonal and nature connection, yoga nidra, Qigong, mindful crafts, tea ceremonies, crystal healing, pagan rituals, sound healing, ayurvedic health practices and lots more. Just ask; we can tailor the gathering to your needs. The price will depend on your choice of venue, activities and numbers. A simple circle held at your home could be as little as £20 per head.
