What to expect
If you have ever found yourself saying, "I would love to try yoga, but I'm not flexible enough," these sessions are perfect for you. I blend traditional Hatha Yoga with modern science and somatic therapy to bring you into a state of comfort and relaxation in the mind and body. Tuesday evenings: 7.30 - 8.30 Saturday mornings: 09.30 - 10.30 The classes are tailored to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone: beginners, returners and experienced yogis. Modifications and support are offered to make sure everyone leaves feeling wonderful. It is the perfect antidote to any and all of the following challenges: - Back or neck pain - Stress and anxiety - Sleep disturbances - Hormonal issues - Osteoporosis - Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - Fibromyalgia - Digestive issues - Headaches Bring some water and wear comfy clothes that allow you to move freely. You can borrow one of ours if you don't have a yoga mat. The Pod is a gorgeous well-being centre in Burton Latimer, just ten minutes from Kettering, with free on-street parking outside.
