What to expect

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and finding a path back to balance isn’t always easy. My holistic well-being coaching offers a gentle, supportive space to explore your emotions, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful changes. Blending mindfulness, yogic wisdom, counselling skills, and nervous system support, these sessions will help you feel more grounded, resilient, and aligned. Who is this for? This is for you if: ✔ You feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself ✔ You want to develop healthier ways to manage stress and emotions ✔ You’re looking for support in navigating life changes or transitions ✔ You need a safe space to reflect, be heard, and gain clarity ✔ You want to deepen your self-care and well-being practices What to expect in a session Each 60-minute session is tailored to you and may include: ✨ Guided reflection & deep listening – gentle exploration of emotions and challenges ✨ Mindful practices – breathwork, meditation, or movement to support emotional regulation ✨ Practical tools – personalised techniques for stress relief and self-awareness ✨ Empowerment & self-discovery – uncovering what truly nourishes and supports you This is not counselling or therapy but a coaching-based, holistic approach to well-being. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I can signpost you to appropriate professionals. Sessions can be in-person, online, or a combination of both. Ways to work with me 🌀 One-off Clarity Session – £60 (60 minutes) For those needing immediate support, a space to reflect, or help with a specific challenge. 🌿 6-Week Reset Package – £165 (3 sessions at £55 per session) A six-week journey to support stress reduction, emotional balance, and well-being. 🌕 12-Week Deep Dive – £300 (6 sessions at £50 per session) A transformational programme for those wanting ongoing support, tools, and practices to create lasting change. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Booking Required - All classes must be pre-booked as spaces are limited. If you have bought a class pass, you still need to book individual classes, as during busy periods, we may not have space for drop-ins; I will sadly have to turn you away if the class is at capacity :( - Maximum capacities: - **The Pod**: 14 participants - **The Midwives Circle**: 9 participants Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations must be made at least **4 hours** before the class start time to receive a refund or transfer. - Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period are non-refundable, as classes often have waiting lists.
