What to expect

Let's slow down and embrace tranquillity with gentle yin yoga. Yin yoga is supportive and therapeutic for everybody, but it is especially beneficial for those recovering from injury or illness, those struggling with joint pain, back pain, anxiety, fibromyalgia, ME, or those just looking for a very gentle way to support overall health. In this 75-minute session, we'll move through a series of yin yoga poses, allowing the gentle stretches to release tension and invite a sense of peace. We'll end with a guided relaxation, melting you down even deeper into a state of relaxation. It's the perfect opportunity to press pause on the hustle and bustle and gift yourself the present of mindfulness and rejuvenation. Limited to just ten spaces to ensure the environment is relaxed and calm. 📍 Where: The Pod, Spencer Street, Burton Latimer No yoga experience is necessary, and this is not a workout class!
